Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged SGD 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % Tax is not included.
10.7 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs SGD 25.00 per 24 hours.
Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs SGD 35.00 per 24 hours.
Wired internet is available in public areas and costs SGD 35.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs SGD 18.00 per person.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
